Tyler Payne is a creative and photographer with ten years of experience in the backcountry and fifteen as a photographer. He's brought a camera up vertical walls, through rapids, and onto mountain summits, working in remote locations.

A rock climber, mountain biker, and backpacker himself, Tyler moves through the terrain the way his subjects do, which lets him stay close to the action without disrupting it. He knows how to work in the quiet moments too, and shoots both documentary and commercial work, where the authentic moment has to hold up alongside the brief.
